Project description:
Aim: To help people at social risk, including NEETs, to integrate and establish in the labour market providing social and labour rehabilitation and emotional support.
The project aims at contributing to the strategic development plan of Kaunas City Municipality until 2022. Priority area no. 2 "Development of Clever and Civic Society", objective 2.3.2 "To increase the quality and accessibility of social services and to reduce social exclusion.
The project's activities include:
- Individual meetings with a personal assistant-mentor in order to develop or recreate social and working skills and to provide emotional support;
- Individual meetings with a personal assistant in order to recreate existing working skills and to develop new ones and to maintain them in the imitational workplace;
- Individual consultations with a personal assistant about motivation to work;
- Individual consultations with a personal assistant-psychologist who provides emotional support to the project participants, including NEETs.
